Shantha Faculty Assist publishes a calendar of academic events, a list of faculty vacancies, and a network of resource persons, and connects faculty with institutions. We are an information and referral service. We do not organise the events, employ the faculty, or run the recruitment listed on the site.
We verify each event with the institution before listing it and take reasonable care to reproduce the details correctly. Even so, organisers and institutions may change dates, fees, deadlines and other particulars without telling us. Always confirm the details with the organiser or institution before paying a fee, travelling or applying.
Fees shown on the site are charged by the organiser or institution, not by us. Any payment is made to them, on their terms.
Being listed as a resource person, or applying for a vacancy found on this site, does not guarantee an invitation, an interview or an appointment. Selection rests entirely with the institutions concerned.
If you send us an event, a vacancy or a resource-person profile, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, that the details and the brochure or advertisement are genuine, and that we may publish the details on the site. We may decline, edit for clarity, or remove a listing at our discretion, including where we cannot verify it or where it has closed.
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, not to use the site to send spam or collect contact details, and not to copy, scrape or republish the listings in bulk without our written consent.
The design, text and artwork of this website belong to Shantha Faculty Assist. Brochures, advertisements, institution names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe their events and vacancies. Nothing on the site should be read as an endorsement by, or an affiliation with, any institution unless we say so.
