Send us the details and the brochure

WhatsApp or email the event details listed on this page along with the official brochure as a PDF or a clear image. Details without a brochure cannot be listed.

We verify with your institution

Before anything is posted, we email the institution at its official address to confirm that the event is genuine and that the details match the brochure. Please make sure the organising department or office can reply to that email.

Your event goes live

Once confirmed, the event is published on our Events page with the fees, dates, contact and registration link, and we send you the link to share.

Good to know

Only events from recognised colleges, universities and academic bodies are listed.

We list the event data, not the brochure itself. The brochure is used for verification and for filling in the details.

Send changes, such as a new date or an extended deadline, the same way and we will update the listing.

Past events are hidden automatically once the end date passes.

What to send

Event: Title, type (seminar, conference, workshop, FDP, symposium) and national or international level
Organiser: Organising department or centre, institution name and institution type
Place: District, state and country, and the mode: offline, online or hybrid
Dates: Event dates and timings, plus deadlines for abstracts, papers and registration
Fees: Fee for each category, for example students, research scholars, faculty and industry, or "free"
Contact: Official email ID for the event and the registration link or form
Brochure: The official brochure as a PDF or image. Required.
Topics: Thrust areas or tracks, if any
