    WhatsApp or email the vacancy details listed on this page along with the official advertisement or notification as a PDF or a clear image. Details without an advertisement cannot be listed.

    We verify with your institution

    Before anything is posted, we email the institution at its official address to confirm that the vacancy is genuine and that the details match the advertisement. Please make sure the HR office or the department can reply to that email.

  3. 03

    Your vacancy goes live

    Once confirmed, the vacancy is published on our Jobs page with the departments, deadline and how to apply, and we send you the link to share.
