Please read before you rely on a listing.
Shantha Faculty Assist is an information and referral service. The events, vacancies, resource-person, credit-course-tutor, opportunity-seeker, guest-adjudicator and examination-duty profiles on this website are provided to help faculty and institutions find each other, and should be confirmed with the organiser, institution or candidate before you act on them. Last updated 2 November 2026.
Information only
Everything on this website is published for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or career advice, and it is not an offer or invitation from any institution. Decisions about attending an event, paying a fee, applying for a post or accepting an invitation are yours to make.
Where the listings come from
Event and vacancy details are taken from brochures, advertisements, notices and information sent to us by institutions and organisers. We check each listing against the organiser's or institution's own website, brochure or advertisement before listing it, mark the few vacancies seen only in a newspaper, and take reasonable care to reproduce every detail correctly, but we cannot guarantee that a listing is complete, current or free of error. Dates, fees, deadlines, venues and eligibility can change, or an event can be postponed or cancelled, without our knowledge.
We are not the organiser or the employer
We do not organise, host or sponsor the events listed here, and we are not the employer for any vacancy. Registration, fees, certificates, selection, appointments and everything else connected with an event or a post are handled by the organiser or institution concerned, on their terms. Any event or application fee you pay is paid to them, not to us; our own plans are listed on our Pricing page.
No guarantees
A resource-person listing does not guarantee an invitation, an opportunity-seeker profile does not guarantee an interview or an offer, a guest-adjudicator or examination-duty profile does not guarantee an invitation or an appointment as examiner, and a vacancy listing does not guarantee an interview or an appointment. Institutions decide whom to invite and whom to hire. The details in resource-person and credit-course-tutor requests are supplied by the institution concerned, and listing a request does not mean that we have verified the event or that any honorarium or other support will be paid. The details in credit-course-tutor, opportunity-seeker, guest-adjudicator and examination-duty profiles are supplied by the person listed; institutions should verify qualifications and experience themselves before making an offer. Listing an event is free; profile listings and our other services are paid, at the prices on our Pricing page, except under an offer announced on the site. A paid profile or request does not guarantee an invitation, an interview or an appointment, Event Promotion does not guarantee a number of sign-ups, and we never ask for payment in exchange for a job or an invitation.
No affiliation
Institution names, logos, brochures and advertisements appear only to identify the events and vacancies they relate to. Their use does not mean an institution is affiliated with, or endorses, Shantha Faculty Assist, unless we say so expressly.
Links to other websites
Registration forms, institution websites and other links take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or for how they handle any information you give them.
Map data
The event map on our home page uses boundaries from Natural Earth (public domain) and geoBoundaries (Open Database License, ODbL). India is shown with its official boundary. The map shows where events are held and is not an authority on international boundaries.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shantha Faculty Assist is not liable for any loss, expense or inconvenience arising from reliance on a listing, from a change or cancellation by an organiser or institution, from your dealings with them, or from interruption or unavailability of this website.
