Shantha Faculty Assist is a support service for college and university faculty. We bring together the things an academic career runs on, seminars and conferences, speaking invitations and vacancies, so faculty spend less time searching and more time doing the work that matters.
Faculty members are expected to present papers, attend conferences, serve as resource persons, publish, and keep an eye on the next opening, all alongside a full teaching load. The information they need is scattered across brochures, WhatsApp forwards, notice boards and newspaper columns, and much of it arrives too late or turns out to be unreliable.
We started Shantha Faculty Assist to put that information in one place, check it, and hand it to faculty in a form they can act on the same day.
Events and vacancies come to us from institutions, organisers and public notices, along with the brochure or advertisement behind each one.
Before anything is listed, we email the institution at its official address to confirm the event or vacancy is genuine and the details match. Nothing goes up on hearsay.
Faculty find what they need on the site, institutions find speakers and candidates through us, and we stay on WhatsApp and email to help with the next step.
Shantha Faculty Assist belongs to the same family as Shantha Hi Tech, which builds websites and digital tools for businesses and institutions. The two share one aim: taking care of the groundwork so that people can focus on their own work.
