Eligibility

• Ph.D. in a relevant area with first class or equivalent in the preceding degrees with consistently good academic record
• Professor: minimum ten years experience, at least four years at Associate Professor level in IITs/INIs or equivalent
• Associate Professor: minimum six years experience, at least three years as Assistant Professor
• Assistant Professor Grade-I: minimum 3 years post-Ph.D. industrial/research/teaching experience; preferably below 35 years
• Assistant Professor Grade-II: all criteria except post-Ph.D. experience
