A regional forum on strengthening Caribbean health financing systems, held in Hamilton, Bermuda, for health ministries, financing and social security agencies, research agencies and academic institutions. Papers are by invitation, so registration is for attendance; there is no registration fee, and participants cover their own travel and accommodation.
